How to set up a trade account
- To request a trade account first you must set up a user account, Click here
- Then contact us outlining your request for a trade account by Email
- You will then be contacted to start the qualifying process.
- If you qualify your account will be activated and you will be entitle to trade discount on selected models.

Terms and conditions
What qualifies Trade account.
- In order to qualify for a trade account the company/individual must intend to purchase multiple quantities over a period of time.
- A company check will be carried out before trade status is granted.
MOQ
- Selected models may have a minimum order quantity to qualify for trade discount.
- Orders for more the 50pcs per order cannot be processed via the web trade account. Large order quantities must be processed through our retailer purchasing route.
Warranty
- All units are sold with a 1 year manufacturing warranty for date of purchase.
- The warranty is held with TVonics.
- In order for the warranty to be valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- We encourage that any customers with a problem are directed to TVonics directly – we have a highly trained technical call centre who can diagnose problems and provide prompt solutions usually without out the need to return units. This saves yourselves the time and cost involved in dealing with issues that can be handled by our team.
- TVonics will NOT issue any refund to trade account customers. Refunds and exchanges are to go directly to trade account holders. However we will repair or replace faulty product under manufacturing warranty.
Prices
- All prices include Postage, VAT and payment processing cost.
- Prices are continuously monitored for any change in the market and prices will change accordingly.
