DISPATCH OF GOODS

10. Goods purchased from TVonics or the TVonics website will be delivered free to mainland UK addresses. It may be possible to deliver goods to other countries at a cost, please phone TVonics on 0870 80 30 551 (calls charged at national rate) to discuss delivery options and costs.
Goods purchased from TVonics or the TVonics website are usually dispatched as follows:
a. Goods purchased before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day.
b. Goods purchased after 1pm (Monday-Thursday) will usually be dispatched the following day.
c. Goods purchased after 1pm on a Friday, or on Saturdays and Sundays will usually be dispatched the following Monday.
d. Goods purchased on Public and Bank holidays will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
While all efforts will be made to adhere to the above, TVonics reserves the right to dispatch goods outside of these guidelines, when faced with unforeseen circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

11. TVonics will look at each individual claim for a refund on its own merit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. All items returned to TVonics must be in a saleable condition, in the original packaging, including all accessories. Any missing accessories will be charged for. All returned items are subject to testing and inspection prior to any refund being issued.TVonics prides itself on customer service and will strive to meet or exceed your expectations.

SERVICE ACCESS

12. While TVonics will use its reasonable endeavours to maintain the TVonics website in a fully operating condition, it will not be liable if for any reason the TVonics website is unavailable at any time or for any period. TVonics is not responsible for the results of any defects that exist in the TVonics website.
13. TVonics will not be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense of whatever kind arising, whether wholly or partly and whether directly or indirectly, in consequence of the use of, or any reliance placed upon, such information by the visitor or other person.

28. You agree not to cause, nor knowingly allow others to cause, any nuisance, hindrance or inconvenience, whether to TVonics or any of its customers or users of the TVonics website by any means. You agree not to use the TVonics website to disseminate any material for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals or which is technically harmful. You also agree not to disseminate any material that is defamatory, offensive or obscene or menacing in character, which may in TVonics's judgment cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience to TVonics or others, or which is illegal. You will not use the TVonics website such that you would cause the whole or part of the TVonics website to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or impaired in any way.

You will compensate TVonics for all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by TVonics as a result of any settlement agreed by TVonics arising out or in connection any breach by you of paragraph 28 including without any claim by any third party.

TVonics will have no obligations with respect to such material. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

33. TVonics shall be liable for the death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or if TVonics has deliberately lied to you where that lie caused you to enter into a contract with TVonics.
34. YOUR ATTENTION IS PARTICULARY DRAWN TO SECTIONS 34a, 34b AND 34c.
a. TVonics shall not be liable for any loss (except for those set out in clause 33 above) which were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of entering into a contract with TVonics (whether or not caused by TVonics's negligence).
a. For the liability not covered by 33 above, TVonics will not be responsible for any loss that could not have been expected to occur in advance of the loss of occurring, or any loss of any opportunity by you (including an opportunity for you or someone else to make, save or use money).
c. For all TVonics's liability not covered by 33 above, you accept that TVonics's maximum financial responsibility to you will be the price of the goods even if the actual loss you suffer is more than that.
d. The price of the goods has been calculated on the basis that TVonics will exclude or limit its liability as set out in the contract. If you want TVonics to take on more liability then please let us know and TVonics will let you have a revised price.

DISCLAIMER

35. The material on the TVonics website is provided 'as is', without any condition, warranty or other terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, TVonics provides you with the TVonics website on the basis that TVonics excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) that but for this legal notice might have effect in relation to the TVonics website.
