USB Software Upgrade allows you to upgrade your Digital TV Recorder using a USB Flash drive connected to the USB input socket.

Current software available version: V1.1.A423.M181

This new software version includes fixes for the following issues:

Occasional problem where set recordings were missed when the unit was in standby
Intermittent low audio level after start-up from standby
Occasional Image flicker on video playback
Incorrect aspect ratio on recordings
Missing programme information on recordings

To upgrade, follow these instructions;

Check what version software is available (above) and what software you have (You can do this by viewing the manufacturing details (Menu -Service Menu- Manufacturing details))
If the version differs download the upgrade file from below, this may take a few minutes.
Transfer the file to the root directory of your USB Flash drive (Do not rename the file and do not place in a folder).
Plug your USB Flash drive into either USB input socket.
Select USB Software Upgrade from the service Menu (menu-service menu-USB software upgrade).
When prompted, select yes to upgrade the unit.
After a few minutes the unit will reset. When it starts again, use as normal. (You can check the upgrade was successful by viewing manufactures details)
