Shipping & Delivery

Goods purchased from theTVonics website will be delivered following the options you select during the checkout process. Deliveries to other European countries will be possible but will be charged. Please contact TVonics on + 44 870 80 30 551 (calls charged at national rate) to discuss delivery options and costs.

Goods purchased from TVonics or the TVonics website are usually dispatched as follows:
  • Goods purchased before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day.
  • Goods purchased after 12pm (Monday to Thursday) will usually be dispatched the following day.
  • Goods purchased after 12pm on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Goods purchased on Public and Bank Holidays will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
  • In order to receive product for Christmas the order must be placed before 12pm on the 22/12/09

While all efforts are made to adhere to the above, TVonics reserves the right to dispatch goods outside of these guidelines, when faced with unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Replacements

TVonics will look at each individual claim for a refund on its own merit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact TVonics. Our policy is that should you wish to return your purchased then you must do so with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 calendar days of purchase.

All items returned to TVonics must be in a saleable condition, in the original packaging and including all accessories. Any missing accessories will be charged for.

All items returned are subject to testing and inspection prior to any refund being issued. Even though we try our best we cannot guarantee any data stored at the time of return.

Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card via our web store or by calling + 44 870 80 30 551. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

Viewing Orders

At anytime once you have made your purchase you can keep track of its progress via your account.

N.B In order to view your order status you must have set up your account.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information by logging in to your account and edit the information you wish to change.

Warranty

All Tvonics products have a 12 month manufacturing warranty, valid from the date of purchase. RTB (return to base). CYP Products have a 12 month manufacturing warranty, the warranty is with CYP not TVonics.

Call Center

TVonics call center is open Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.
The call center will be closed on Public and Bank holidays, resuming normal opening hours the next working day.
