TVonics will look at each individual claim for a refund on its own merit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact TVonics. Our policy is that should you wish to return your purchased then you must do so with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 calendar days of purchase.
All items returned to TVonics must be in a saleable condition, in the original packaging and including all accessories. Any missing accessories will be charged for.
